[4 Tips] Tennis Elbow Care to Alleviate Pickleball Pain from Tendonitis


When you’re suffering from tennis elbow it doesn’t only impact your pickleball game. That painful elbow makes you wince when you’re cooking, on the computer… even sleeping. My pickleball elbow caused me to be in enormous pain for about 7 months, so I’ve learned a few tricks and tennis elbow fixes to alleviate the pain.
